Due to the large amount of resources required to help families with their appeals, the Board of Directors is asking everyone who participates to be a member in good standing with the Association.
The following five steps have been provided to allow a boating family to file an appeal of their 2008 Possessory Interest Tax and be represented at that appeal by DePasquale, Kelley and Company.
Before you begin please make sure that you have your Possessory Interest Tax Bill. It is easy to confuse this bill with a property tax bill either for your house or your vessel. Example Bill. (You can expand the image by clicking on the bill and then clicking on the expander button.)
