In the 1940’s Congress identified that “Safe Harbors” needed to be created along the California Coast. In 1961 The State of California granted, via a Tidelands Trust, the area that would eventually become our “Park with a Harbor” to the County of Orange. This video is a collection of old home videos that were knitted together. In addition the last chapter was produced in conjunction with the Army Corps of Engineers who had a significant role in the construction of our Park.
